EXPERIENCE
Since December of 1984, Fred Robinson has been consulting to Property Owners, Developers and Business Owners, on all phases of Development, Construction and Management. These consulting services encompass Architecture and Planning; Codes and Ordinance Research; Regulatory Processing for Site Plan, Zoning, Subdivision, Utilities, Variances and Building Permits; Feasibility Studies for Compliance and Economics; and Construction Management.
Prior to starting this firm, Mr. Robinson worked for Architecture, Engineering and Construction firms in the Austin area for over fourteen years; handling all phases of Project Development including Programming, Design Development, Construction Documents, and Contract Administration on a wide variety of building types.
